My Hand-pressed Wildflower mugs are wheel thrown. The breasts are formed later in the process. I collect the wildflowers off the shield, where I live and carefully press them into the mug. These mugs are then bisque-fired, hand painted with underglaze and fired again. They are then glazed in a food safe, clear glaze and fired once more.
These are small batch, hand made from start to finish (so no two will ever be the same). These mugs are hand thrown on the wheel, hand painted, waxed and then glaze fired in a food safe glaze.
Handmade in Canada, in small batches which means each mug is unique and one of a kind.
Care Instructions: microwave and dishwasher safe.
